The pre-sale ticket purchase link will be sent to the email address used for pre-registration.

GENERAL SALE

General sale tickets will be made available based on the remaining ticket quota following the pre-sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠General

Tickets are for personal use only – not for resale, giveaways, or business purposes.

If a ticket is resold or misused, it becomes invalid → no refund, no entry.

You are responsible for your own safety, health, and belongings. The promoter/artist/sponsors aren’t liable for any loss or damage.

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges (unless the event is officially canceled).

2.⁠ ⁠Ticketing

Tickets are only sold via the promoter’s official partners.

Prices don’t include 10% government tax + platform fees.

Max purchase: 6 tickets per transaction per category.

Ticket name must match a valid government ID (KTP/Passport/Driver’s License).

You can only enter the seat/standing area that matches your ticket category.

If the show is canceled, refunds follow the promoter’s policy (extra costs are not covered).

3.⁠ ⁠Wristband & Entry

E-vouchers must be exchanged for wristbands (details will be announced on the promoter’s social media/website).

To redeem:

Bring valid photo ID

Show your official e-voucher

If someone redeems for you:

Printed e-voucher

Copy of original buyer’s ID

Signed authorization letter with Rp10,000 duty stamp

Lost/damaged wristbands = no replacement.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety

Pregnant women & kids under 10 are not allowed in standing zones.

Kids under 14 must come with a parent/guardian (18+).

Kids under 6 cannot attend at all.

Feeling unwell? Please wear a mask.

Extra health rules may apply depending on the law.

5.⁠ ⁠No Re-Entry

Once you’re in, you cannot exit and re-enter the venue.

6.⁠ ⁠Security & Prohibited Items

Security checks will be done (bag checks, pat-downs, K-9 dogs). If you refuse, you can’t enter.

Not allowed inside:

Professional cameras/recorders (without accreditation)

Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, outside food & drinks

Fireworks, lighters, candles, flammable stuff

Weapons, sharp objects, sports gear, lasers, helmets

Umbrellas, selfie sticks, tripods, suspicious items

Disruptive behavior = removal without refund.

Any political attributes (flags, banners, clothing, or symbols)

7.⁠ ⁠Organizer Rights

The promoter can refuse entry or remove anyone breaking the rules.

By joining, you agree that your photo/video may be used for worldwide promo.

Forged/duplicate/illegal tickets → legal action will be taken.
